When you google inclination here is what you find:

in·cli·na·tion

inkləˈnāSH(ə)

noun

  1. a person’s natural tendency or urge to act or feel in a particular way; a disposition or propensity.
    1. “John was a scientist by training and inclination”
    2. Synonyms: tendency, propensity, proclivity, leaning, predisposition, disposition, predilection, desire, wish, impulse, bent, bias

So what I am trying to say here is that it is natural for us to tend towards a way of life that is similar to our ancestors, that is if we listen to our guts more. You instinctively know what foods your body needs, what kind of human contact you need, what movements are good for you – yet we don’t really listen to our guts. The never ending noise of modern life is hard to ignore, but your intuition is stronger than all that. So light a candle, close your laptop, hide your phone and just breathe. Your body is smart and if you listen it will speak.
